Insurance
Our office does our very best to accept as many insurance plans as possible. We are happy to bill patients insurance, but do not guarantee payment from all insurances. Any unpaid fees or outstanding balances after insurance has been billed are the responsibility of the patient. Some of the most common insurances that we accept include: VSP- Vision Service Plan, Certain Eyemed plans, Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Tricare, Pacific Source and many more.

No Insurance?
No insurance? No problem! We have several cash discounts that we offer along with glasses packages and the availability to order your contact lenses online as you need them. We can also customize payment plans specifically for you. Call our office and ask about current cash discounts and promotions.
Out of Network Provider
If you have a vision plan that is an out of network company, we would be more than happy to accept you as a new patient. If your insurance company allows, we can help you with all of the necessary documentation needed in order for you to be reimbursed from your insurance company based on your specific plan.
