Hansen Vision Care was founded in 1963 by Dr. Russell Wayne Hansen in Rigby Idaho. After Dr. Russell retired, his son Dr. Dwight Hansen took over his father’s practice and is currently the optometrist at our office. Hansen Vision Care enjoys meeting new people, and we are always accepting new patients. Dr. Hansen can provide glasses, contact lenses, annual eye exams, Lasik workups, low vision evaluations and much more. Besides having a private practice, Dr. Hansen is currently the doctor for the state of Idaho’s Commission For the Blind and Visually Impaired, allowing him many great opportunities to work with patients who have visual disabilities and impairments.
